Died unexpectedly Saturday, August 1, 2015. Age 51. Devoted and beloved husband of Candy (nee Crawford) Hofmann. Proud and loving father of Chad. Cherished son of Victor and Arleen Hofmann and son-in-law of Joyce Crawford. Loved and admired brother of David (Mary Osmundsen), Steven (Halina), Linda (Tom) Salow and Tim (Patricia). Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation Friday, August 7, 2015 at FUNERAL HOME, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield from 3:00-5:45 PM. Funeral services to begin at 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Wisconsin Bike Federation, I.M.B.A or Messwood Football Team.
