Staying in Touch
We continue caring for your family long after the services are completed. Two or three weeks after a funeral a Krause representative will offer to meet with you. He or she will deliver:
- A disk containing 50 pre-written form letters to assist you in notifying businesses and organizations of a person's death;
- Information on "Caring Voices" which provides your entire family access to a 24-hour grief counseling helpline free of charge;
- Information regarding probate and estate planning including access to Krause Funeral Homes' grief and senior resource materials; and
- A keepsake dome containing carefully preserved, hand-selected flowers from the floral tributes at your loved one's funeral.
Remembrance Gathering
At the end of each year, we help families prepare for their first holiday season without their loved one by hosting a gathering to remember and honor those we have lost.
