National Children’s Grief Awareness Day

Initiated in 2007, the National Children’s Grief Awareness Day was a way to recognize and inform communities about the significance of the forgotten grievers in our midst—children—and grief’s powerful impact on their lives.   Healing Hearts of Waukesha County, a grief support program for children, has be observing this day since 2012 and is proud to honor the day by offering to those who companion grieving children a FREE gathering of education. 

Date:     November 20, 2015

Time:    8:00 a.m. – Noon (Doors open at 7:30 a.m.)

Place:    Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital Conference Center, 791 Summit Ave.

Cost:      FREE

CEU:     .4 Continuing Education available for $25 with registration.
