At the age of 88 yrs from the fog of Alzheimers to the light of Jesus. Beloved husband of Elizabeth “Betty” Nogalski (nee Enders) for 66 yrs. Cherished dad of David (Sandy) Nogalski, Sherry (Lee) Schubel and Daniel (Sara) Nogalski. Proud grandpa of Joseph (Shannon) Schubel, Jason Schubel & Jacob Schubel, Cassandra (Tim) Hilger, Kaitlin, Lillian & Madelyn Nogalski. Loving grandpa – great to Mirabelle Schubel, Kinsley Hilger, Owen Schubel, Decker Hilger & Cameron Schubel. Dear brother of David Nogalski, sisters-in-law Joan Nogalski, Jane Nogalski, brothers-in-law John Enders, Ron (Frieda) Janiszewski, nieces, nephews, other relatives dear friends and neighbors here and in Townsend. Preceded in death by his parents John and Helen (Klupp) Nogalski, sister Doris, brothers Don (Anita), John, Gil, Tom and nephew John Nogalski. The lake was Al’s happy place where he enjoyed 22yrs of retirement fishing year-round, snowmobiling and waterskiing. At age 80 yrs he did one last ski around the lake. Al proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955. He was a loyal packer fan for 74 yrs and we thank the late Kevin Greene, Leroy Butler and the late Gil his brother for all the green and gold memories. The family wishes to thank the Lakewood Memory Care Facility and staff for the very loving and compassionate care given to Al, and Brighton Hospice for his peaceful journey home. You are all family.
