(Nee Pagac) passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, March 29th, 2022, at the spry age of 91. Dear mother to Sheryl Racette (Wayne Mangan), proud and loving grandmother to Glenn Racette (Michelle Racette). Angie is further survived by nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. Proceeded in death by husband, Irving G. Racette; parents, Andrew and Christina Pagac; her brothers, John J., Anton J., Edward J. and Joseph A.; and by her sisters Florence Gugliatto, Julia, and Marion Fisher.
Angie worked most of her adult life and retired from Reliable Knitting. She enjoyed her weekly bowling league with her sister Florence and friends at Highland Lanes. Angie enjoyed creating loving memories with her artistic side. She made friends and family beautiful wedding chapels as card boxes, personalized homemade cards, and baby shower diaper cakes — these all being made by repurposed everyday items.
In her younger days you could find her on the dance floor at family celebrations and church festivals. In later years she enjoyed watching her favorite programs. Being a huge Packer fan, you would find Angie in her chair with a notepad to track game stats. Angie prided herself on her memory and ability to recall family history details. Throughout her life, even until her last days, she passionately enjoyed her crossword puzzles.
A service and celebration of life will be held on May 14th, 2022. Location and details to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to offset the funeral costs.
