John, Jim, and Family, Sending you my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your mother. I loved her, along with your father, and will miss her presence in my life. She was an amazing, talented, kind, and gentle woman! Thank you for the online slide show of photos because it was lovely to see her smiling face and witness the times she shared with with her family and friends.

Many of the people connected with the Swedish American group are friendly. Barbara went out of her way each time I saw her to make me feel welcomed and needed. She always had a smile and asked how I was. As a newer person to this group, I always appreciated her warmth and friendship. I’ll pass her gift on to others being mindful of Barbara. Rest In Peace, dear Barbara!

Sending thoughts and prayers to John, Jim and their families. Barbara was a wonderful neighbor to my parents many years ago on Navajo Road. She also taught me how to sew when I was 13 years old, a skill I still remember. I last saw her a few years ago when I was in Milwaukee for a class reunion. She was a wonderful person.
