Reunited with her husband Bill on July 1, 2021 as she was surrounded by her four children at the age of 86. Loving mother of Judi (Don) Gottschalk, Jim (Laura) Jelinske, Joe (Lisa) Jelinske, and Jeanne (Ben) Veit. Proud grandma of Michelle (Paul) Lammers, Claire (Joe) Contaldo, Lauren Gottschalk, Michael Jelinske, Alyssa Jelinske, Kaylen Jelinske, Matthew Jelinske, Ellen (John) Jacobs, Katie Jelinske, Zach Veit, Megan Veit, and Olivia Veit. Barbara was also a great-grandma to Ava and Jack Lammers and Luca and Marco Contaldo. She will also be missed by her dearest friend Marilyn, many other family and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband Bill Jelinske of 60 years.

She was an original and life-long member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Parish. Barb was dedicated to the Capuchin’s. Above all, she adored her family and devoted her life to her husband and children. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Private services will be held.

Oh Grandma you were so loved. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to know and to love you for so long here on earth. I hope they have fun games to play up there with Grandpa (bingo, slots, rummy).. but, no cheating in heaven :)! Rest in peace, you deserve it. Love you forever and always, Loey
