Met Bernie at the Lakeland RC Club and enjoyed sitting at the meetings with him. He had such a zest for learning to fly RC planes and for traveling. We shared many flying stories and I will truly miss his friendship. My deepest condolences to his family and many friends I'm sure he had.

Bernie will be missed by the cousins out West and everyone who knew him. He was a person who never grow up, he would look for the largest peach on the top of the tree. He would find the best in a person, he loved life to the fullest. His art of being a kid with others will be missed. with sincere sympathy we have lost a true talent.
