Sammer, Bernard “Bernie” entered God’s loving arms on January 4, 2023, age 79.

Beloved husband of Carol for 54 years. Devoted father of Jeff (Sheri) Sammer and Jamie (Trevor) Thome. Cherished grandfather and “PaPa” of Corey, Londyn and Loa. Preceded in death by his parents, Adolph and Hedwig Sammer and his sister, June Rasmussen. Survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends.

Retired science teacher of MPS. People were touched by his kindness and selflessness. His sense of humor will be missed by all.

Gathering at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM. Memorial service at 12:00 PM.
