Betsy was one of the sweetest human beings I've ever met. Her wit and compassion touched my life in so many ways. I am so very sorry for her family, who I know she loved very much. I still hear her laugh and see her smile when I look at the beautiful notes and gifts she gave me. Betsy, I will always cherish the time we had on earth. Rest well, dear friend.

Our memory of Betsy is tied to our children's wedding preparation -- the newness and fun of planning the ceremony and reception. Betsy was so dependably cheerful, helpful and generous. Always a big smile on her face, a can-do person, optimistic, fun to be around. Our hearts go out to her family, suffering from such a sudden loss.

Deepest condolences. I can't imagine how hard it must be to lose someone who had so much vitality for life. I love how she celebrated each birthday for the whole month. She was always so encouraging -- "We got this!" "You got this!" Yeah And she always treated people like they were her best friend. One time she had the storer ladies over for some gathering and she gave us a tour. We went by a little bureau that she used to put on her makeup and such in the morning and she said "This is where the magic happens!" =). Love to you all, -Cecelia Borden
