After graduating from South Division High School in 1943, Betty worked at Allen-Bradley for a short time, then left to help her mother by working for their family-owned business called Regent Delicatessen & Bakery. In 1946, Betty married her loving husband, Erv. In 1951 they began their own family business called Regent Die & Tool which still exists today. Erv & Betty loved to travel with family and friends. Some of their favorite places were: Las Vegas, Hawaii, Aruba, National Parks and Northern Wisconsin. Betty liked to bowl and belonged on the “9am Coffee Clutch League” at Rose Bowl for many years. Betty also enjoyed playing cards, but her favorite past time was playing Bingo. Once Betty became a mother, she enjoyed every minute with her children and later her grandchildren. Betty was an amazing housewife, mother and grandmother; she had a heart of gold and through her long life, she never failed to smile or make others smile. We will miss her.
The family is deeply grateful for the wonderful care provided to their mother over the years by Cindy Yingling, Dana Lemay, Nancy Munns and all of the caretakers along the way.
