Began his journey home on March 1, 2018, at age 55. Father of Michael and Dennis. Grandfather of Tobias. Beloved son of Roger and Rosemary. Dear brother of Debbie (Wayne) Kiekow, Julie Merkel (Jim) and Sandy (Rick) Neault. Best friend of Chris Sanfelippo. He was also loved and will be missed by additional family and friends. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Denise Merkel and Lisa Merkel, step-mother Marcy, and nephew Matt Merkel.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 4:00-6:45 pm. Funeral service at 7:00 pm. Interment at Wauwatosa Cemetery.
