The Barthel family left a message on July 19, 2021:
We are sorry to hear about the loss of Mrs. D. Our families grew up together and spend many hours through school activities, Continental Youth Bands, and our homes together on Puckaway Lake. Our parents were lifelong friends and Phyllis was a working colleague of Carrie's for over 20 plus years. The memories we shared are countless yet some of the fondest are her accordion playing and sing-alongs and her delicious apple pies! She will sorrily be missed.
