Entered into Eternal Life on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at age 96. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dolores (nee Waldvogel); brothers, Otto, Paul, Jimmy, Harry, and sisters, Lorraine and Marge. Loving father of Michael (Diane) Dressler and John (Susan) Dressler. Proud grandpa of Debra (Curt) Clark, Heidi Dressler, Jacob Dressler, Andrew (Anna) Dressler and Amber (Jason) Ludwig. Cherished great-grandpa of Jackson, Olivia, Joshua and Keller. Dear brother of Mel (Lois) Dressler and Ralph (Linda) Dressler. Charles will be missed by other relatives and friends.
Charles proudly served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as a radio operator stationed in Morocco on the USS Quick. He married his dear wife Dolores following the war and settled in Milwaukee. He retired from Froedtert Malt after 40 years of service. Charles loved being with family and was kind, caring, and compassionate. He had a positive attitude and made us laugh right up to his last days.
Private entombment at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
