Charles R. “Chuck” White passed away peacefully at his home in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, on August 6, 2020. Chuck was born on December 16, 1932 to Charles and Josephine White in Chicago, Illinois. Chuck was a blessing to so many. I clearly remember that when we first moved to Tosa and your Paul and my Kevin were in school together at St Bernard’s, Chuck appointed himself anti+bully captain long before any of us knew about bullying.
