Clifford C. Beattie Jr.

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Eve Beattie. Father of Greg (Gelaney) of Shorewood and Gary (Pat) of Gainesville, FL. Loving grandfather of Ted, Melanie and Matthew, and great-grandfather of Ava. Brother of Eleanor Beattie and cousin of Sue. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home, Friday, January 28, 2011, from 11:00 AM-12:45 PM. Funeral Service at 1:00 PM. Burial at Valhalla Memorial Gardens to follow. A longtime resident of Milwaukee, Cliff also proudly served his country during the Korean Conflict aboard the USS Wasp. He retired from Wisconsin Electrical Manufacturing after over 26 years as an electrical engineer. Cliff and Eve enjoyed traveling abroad and throughout the US, and had the pleasure of seeing much of the world. He was an avid genealogy enthusiast and had traced his own roots back to the Mayflower. He will be sadly missed.
