Died on June 4, 2023, in Grand Marsh, WI. Daniel was born September 27, 1946 in Milwaukee to Stephen and Marie (nee Thompson) Adler. He graduated from Pope Pius XI High School in 1964 and then entered the US Navy. He served on the USS Hancock in Navigation during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his siblings Stephen (Lovella) Adler of Naalehu, HI; Jill Jones of Sheboygan, WI; Jacqueline Rudolph of Prairie Village, KS; Colleen (Mike) Schneider of The Villages, FL; and Michael (Jean) Adler of Las Vegas, NV. Also surviving are many Nieces, Great Nieces, Nephews and Great Nephews. Preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Mary Grinolds; a brother-in-law, James Rudolph; and a niece, Sonja Schneider.
The family wishes to thank Tammy Howe for her many, many years of loving care for Dan.
Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Friday, June 16, from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Additional Visitation at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 5400 West Washington Boulevard, Milwaukee on Saturday, at 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Committal to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
