Great Grandfather of Evelyn, Madaline, Ruby, Wallace, Collin, Logan, Blake, Addison, Aaron, Eli, Mason, Zachary, Kayle, Matthew, Ella, Silas, Sadie, Rocket, Jett and Archer. Brother in law of Nancy (the late Joe) Marasch, Jim (the late Sharon) Heyer, Paula (Milt) Blazak and Kathy (the late Joe) Chirafisi. Also loved by other relatives and friends.
Retiree of WE Energies. Don was an avid woodworker and swimmer. He swam 6 days a week.
Don and Patricia spent winters in Arizona, where they enjoyed going to art festivals and collecting jewelry for the family. Don enjoyed spending time with the grandchildren taking them to swim with him, music concerts, the zoo, museums and the domes.
A special thank you to St. Croix Hospice and Vesta Memory Care for the love and care provided to Don during these past few months.
Visitation will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin Friday, July 29, 2022 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Celebration of Life to follow at 11:00 AM. Entombment at Holy Cross.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to CF Foundation or the Autism Society.
