Dorothy was loved by students and staff at Lake Bluff School in Shorewood. She had a wonderful smile and was friendly, caring, and always helpful. She was a ray of sunshine during lunch time. I personally enjoyed talking with her at school and was always thrilled to see her outside of school when she set up food product sample stations at Sendiks in Whitefish Bay. She will always be remembered as a very dear person.

Dorothy was for many years a valued member of Archaeological Institute of America-Milwaukee Society. She regularly attended our lectures, her bright lively face lighting up the room. No topic was too difficult for her to understand and comment on. At 92, she was still walking over to the lectures at UWM. We really miss her since, in the last few years, she could no longer do so.
