To the family of Dr. Jain, It is with great sadness that I write this message. I recently found out in May of this year of the passing of this amazing man Dr. Jain. I can recall like yesterday being told in May of 2016 that Dr. Jain was on Leave. I was sending prayers and anxiously waiting on his return. He was just that great of a care giver. I remember he returned in August of 2016. I had an appointment to see him on Aug 15, 2016. I was again saddened when his staff called to cancel my appointment because he went back out on leave. Dr. Jain was so kind, caring, sincere and made you feel safe in his care. I suffered years with anxiety and being around large crowds of people made me panic. I explained my anxiety to Dr. Jain and asked if I could see him on weekends after I saw him one weekend working when I went to walk in Clinic. He immediately told me to check and if he is working the weekend schedule my appointment and he'd see me. That's the kind of man he was. I saw my primary Dr. in 2017 and I asked him how Dr. Jain was doing. I was sad to learn then that he wouldn't be returning. I didn't have complaints about the Dr. that I was seeing as his replacement is just that I wanted my Dr. back. It wasn't until May 5, 2019 that I found out about the passing of Dr. Jain. I had to go do blood work at the Clinic for an up coming Thyroid appointment and have my swollen foot checked out. Once, the Clinic Dr finished my examination. I immediately asked him did he know Dr. Jain and if he did how was he doing? He told me that he had passed away in Nov of 2018...which I see was actually 2017. I cried right then and there and told him what a wonderful man he was and he agreed. My mind went to his family and their loss. I asked did he have a wife and kids. He said yes a wife and 2 to 3 children. My heart went out to each of you in your loss of such an amazing husband and Father. I pray continue strength for each of you as you continue on this journey called life with him in your hearts instead of beside you. Know that he not only touched your lives but the lives of so many others that will also cherish having known him.

I came to know about the sad demise of Dr. Jain today. My wife had developed hyper thyroidsim during her pregnancy in 2003. A balance was necessary to cure her with such medications that our son does not get affected. A good doctor is extremely important in such situations, otherwise you end up with a mentally retarded son for the rest of your life. Dr. Jain did his job so well that we never felt any anxiety during the entire treatment. He was always smiling knowing fully well the seriousness of the problem. Our son was born healthy and is going to 10th grade now. The Lord must have definitely noted down his services to humanity. May his soul rest in peace!

I was very sorry to hear of Dr. Jain's retirement and certainly quite upset when he passed away this past week. I began having thyroid issues while I was in college and was very thankful for the care that Dr. Jain provided to me for many years. I wish to extend my condolences to his family.

Dr. Jain became my primary doctor when his oldest child was 2 or 3. Since diabetes runs in my family, Dr. Jain monitored my diet, exercise, and medications so that to this day at 73 I am diabetes free. For that I am eternally grateful. God Bless you.
