Dr. Naylor, Robert (Bob) was born to the late Lewis & Coral Naylor in London, England in 1932.

He had many memories of his childhood, right up to the end. One of his favorites was when he was 15, soon after the war (WWII).  He made a solo bicycle trip around England before departing for Tasmania, Australia. (His Mum didn’t know he was traveling alone)!

Our Dad met our Mum in Australia while he was studying at the University of Sydney. We traveled on a ship to America in 1963.  Glendale became his home for 56 years. Dad & Mom enjoyed traveling together before she passed in 2001.

Our Dad died peacefully, with friends present, on Friday, August 5, 2022 at the age of 90. Loving husband of Ann for 42 years, loving father of Jennifer Naylor, Karen Naylor (Angelo), and Peter Naylor (Denise). Loving grandfather to Robert, Brett, and Carsyn. He also thought fondly of his relatives in Australia & England and his friends and colleagues around the world.

Our Dad was very generous, loving, and charming. He will be missed by many. Dad loved the land, his family, and animals (cats & birds in particular).

In lieu of flowers, please give to the animal cause of your choice. Or feed some birds – Dad would like that.
