My sincere condolences to my former co-worker, Edgar Bullock and his entire family on their recent loss. May the Bullock family be blessed by god during this time of sorrow now and in the future. I just wanted to say that I was saddened to hear that Edgar had past. He was a good person/partner to work with at District # 3 even if it was for just a few months before I was transferred. Ill never forget his wisdom and upbeat attitude in the short time we worked together. I did not know that he was older than me until now and I know why he was so articulate, intelligent and understanding about life issue in today’s society. Edgar was a very good person and I never had the opportunity to spend time with him on a personal basis since we took different path in our employment. Edgar did a lot for this community and touched many lives along the way. He will be missed by all who knew him and I pray that his family is at peace with Edgar’s early departure from this planet. I would have liked to have sat down and talk with Edgar before he left MPD but our paths never crossed again. Edgar may you R.I.P., as you watch over your family and friends while on your new journey. Jorge Irizarry
