Went home to be with the Lord on August 8, 2018, at age 99. Loving husband of Joyce (nee Jentzen) for 71 years. Devoted father of Cindy (Kurt) Weimer. Cherished grandpa of Tara (Leo) Salgado. Proud great-grandpa of Aidan Salgado. Also loved and will be missed by additional family and friends.

Ed was a boiler maker and welder for Milwaukee Public schools for 29 years. He served his country as a pilot in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. Ed belonged to the Wisconsin Chapter Ford Model A Club and treasured his 1930 Model A. He was a handy man who could fix just about anything. He will be missed by all that knew him.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Monday, August 13, 2018 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
