(Nee McDonald) Passed away November 25, 2018, at the age of 94. Loving wife for 65 years of the late John Halvorson. Mother of John (Carol), Mary (the late Joseph) DeBruin, Joseph (Kathleen), Margaret Emich, and Patricia (Mark) Nimmer. Grandmother of Sara (Erik) Myers and David, Alex, Andrew, and Melissa Nimmer.

Eileen was born November 9, 1924, in Green Bay, Wisconsin to John and Mary (nee Solper) McDonald. She had two sisters and one brother who preceded her in death: Mary Jane, Patricia, and Donald McDonald. Eileen was a charter member of Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church and a retiree of Kearney & Trecker Corp.

Visitation at Clement Manor Chapel, 3939 South 92nd Street on Saturday, December 1, from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM. Private interment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Clement Manor Rose Unit and Allay Hospice for their compassionate care.
