Today at the end of Liz's beautiful funeral service, Don asked the priest to read his thank-you to all the friends and family who stepped up to help him. His parting words were to Liz his "brown eyed girl". So here's a link to that song. When you listen to it you can think of her contagious smile.

I met Liz in second grade at St. Anthony School in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin; and have always thought of her as one of the kindest human beings I have known. When I heard of Liz's passing, along with the tears came an immediate flood of memories. Some people leave a lasting impression, and Liz was on of those people for me.
Jeff and I wish the entire family peace and comfort during this sad time. Liz's light will always be there in the memories we share.
