My sincerest condolences. Betsy was "thee" best neighbor who always had a smile. I could say anything to her, she would laugh with me and agree or shake her head with my complaints of whatever. Her voice, laugh and smile will be a constant memory for me. I loved seeing her interaction with the kids as she was very involved in their lives. Rest in peace Betsy.
