Ella was born on March 11, 1937 in Fischerdorf, Ukraine. During WWII, as a young girl, Ella along with her mother, sister and aunts fled from the Ukraine to the city of Zueschen in Germany. In December 1954, along with her mother and stepfather immigrated to Bridgeton, New Jersey. She married her beloved husband, Paul in 1958 starting their family shortly thereafter. In 1965 Ella, along with her husband, parents, family members and close friends founded the German Full Gospel Church, later known as Good News Assembly of God, Bridgeton, New Jersey. In 1997, Ella and her husband decided to move to Wisconsin to be nearer to their daughter (Diane) and her family as health concerns for her Paul arose. Shortly after moving to Wisconsin Ella, along with her husband made their home in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. In Oak Creek, Ella and her husband became members of Oak Creek Assembly of God where they joyfully worshipped for several years. After the death of her husband, Ella briefly resided with her daughter (Diane) and family in Mukwonago until she settled into her home at Prohealth Care Regency Senior Community in New Berlin.
Even though the past several years had not been easy ones for Ella, she found her strength in her relationship with the Lord. She served the Lord with her whole heart! Ella had loved her husband, children and grandchildren completely. She would never let a day go by without praying for each one.
