Was Called Home, Tuesday, February 28, 2017. Age 95. Survived by daughters Karen (Michael) Woollen, Kristine Fredrickson, Kay (John) Hawksford and granddaughter Leah Hawksford. Also survived by two nephews, a niece, cousins, and friends, including her special caregiver Sharon Andersen. Preceded in death by husband Norris Haugen, husband Harold Cook, parents, and brother Earl Leisman. Special thanks for the loving care from staff at Hales Corners Care Center, and in 4 EF Acute Care at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Visitation at Atonement Lutheran Church, S70 W16244 Martin Drive, Muskego, Wisconsin on Thursday, March 16, 2017, from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM. Service follows at 2:30 PM. Burial at Merrill Memorial Park Cemetery, Merrill, Wisconsin.
