At an early age while attending St. Anne Catholic Church and school Essie accepted Christ into her life. My deepest sympathy to Joe and Hattie. Especially for Hattie, a labor of love for her mother in all the years she has been caring for her. Hattie, I told Joe that you are a saint for all that you've done for your mother. I did not know Essie Mae-but I do know that she was loved. The only comfort that I can offer to you both and to the rest of the family is that now she will be taken care of by Jesus and you do not have to worry anymore. He has prepared a place for Essie Mae in his mansion a glorious room. And she will be with you always.
