Was born October 10, 1930, in West Helena, Arkansas. She passed away August 9, 2022.

She is survived by her children: Denise Higgins of Milwaukee, Charlene Mills, Jesse L. Higgins Jr, Ray Higgins Sr all of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, one sister: Lessie Lee Reed of Conway, Arkansas, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation for Mrs. Higgins will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, 11:00 AM until 12:45 PM at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 PM.
