Hello Wayne,
I stopped by Frank's home today and spoke to you (over Ring). Besides the scary memory of Frank driving my car on his rack and how my Wayne (disabled) always told me to "go to Frank" whenever I needed a tire fixed, for years Wayne would buy rims, hubcaps and other items from your Father to take to Jefferson car shows. Another great memory was Frank digging into his pocket to show us the first nickel he ever made. Another time, I helped my In-Laws remove a huge oil barrel from their property and then found out that I could not take it to recycling yard without it being cut open. Again, Wayne said go talk to Frank. Sure enough, he took care of it for us. He was great guy, friendly and always helpful. We are sorry for the loss of your Father and Mother.

Hello Wayne,
