Loving husband of Vicki Shimi. Proud and devoted father of Frank “Kiko” (Jeanine) Hartman and Amber (Jason) Blenkinsop. Cherished grandpa of Maya, Niko, Franklin III, Sophia and Weston. Dear brother of John (Darlene), Jerry and Cindy. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Julia Hartman, brother, Daryl and sister, Judy.
