Art Kinsey left a message on June 9, 2020:
My most heartfelt condolences the entire family. Franklin was such a special Christian man that treated our floral associates with such patients and care. Franklin worked for me for many years and I am so great full for our time together. Although this note is months late, I didn’t realize his passing. I was just thinking of him and discovered his passing upon checking. May he Rest In Peace.
Steven Stern left a message on November 5, 2019:
I worked with Franklin for many years as he volunteered his time and talent to the work of Wisconsin Lutheran Institutional Ministries. I remember him as a kind and conscientious man who just wanted to help in any way that he could to touch the hearts and lives of people who were hurting and who had lost their way. in this sense he was a valuable addition to those of us who were visiting people in hospitals and nursing homes and prisons. As Jesus said to those who visited him when He was in prison and who visited him when He was sick, "Well done thou good and faithful servant. In as much as you have done this unto the least of these my brethren you have done it unto me." Thank you, Franklin, for all that you did for your family and your community and your hurting brothers and sisters in institutions. I rejoice that you have entered into the joy of your Lord and are now at rest from your labors. Chaplain Steve Stern
