Gerald L. “Jerry” Unruh
Passed to eternal life on Saturday, April 30, 2022. Age 74. Dear husband of Helene (nee Spaeth) for nearly 50 years. Proud father of James (Julie), Kenneth (Elizabeth) and William. Grandfather of Ryley and Allyson. Brother of twin sister Mary (Bruce) Heckert, William (Sue) and Carl. Brother-in-law of Herman Spaeth, Robert Croke and Beverly (Robert) Stuettgen. Also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents Wilbur and Ruth, sisters-in-law Lonna Spaeth, Barbara Croke and Mary (Ron) Hotchkiss.
Jerry worked for 32 years at Ladish Malting and Cargill, and in retirement at Bill’s Power Center.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials appreciated to Christ the Lord Lutheran Church (1650 N. Brookfield Rd., Brookfield, WI), HealthWell Foundation or the American Lung Association.
Visitation Friday, May 6th at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin from 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM with service to follow. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Cemetery.
