I send my condolence to the family. I only meet Jerry two or three times. He was always smiling and living life to the fullest. It is a blessing to meet and remember someone like him. Someone that leaves an impression on your life. God bless the family in this time of need.

My good friend....I am sadly writing this remembering days in the sun in Hawaii and on the top of Mt. Haleakala. Of our many golf outings together and a host of other remembrances over our 45 years of friendship. I offer this to Pat and your family: "We think of you in silence, We often speak your name, But all we have are memories, And your picture in a frame. Your resting place we visit, And put flowers there with care, But no one knows the heartache, As we turn and leave you there."
