Milwaukee. Beloved husband of 65 years to Kathleen “Kay” (nee Murphy). Harvey was preceded in death by sister Cecelia (Bill) Farley and son Bob. Survived by brother Francis (Rosemary), sister Dorothy (Harold) Heinrich, and children Jim (Sue), Dan (Pam), Cathy Outemzabet, Ed (Joleen), Rich (Beth), John (Mariella), and Tom (Lori). Also survived by nineteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Harvey was born in Rib Lake, WI, and served as a Marine in WWII. He earned his undergraduate at Marquette University, his MBA at DePaul University, and taught in the Business School at Marquette University. He served as Chief Economist for the City of Milwaukee, was on the inaugural Summerfest committee, and also worked under the Milwaukee County Executive. He volunteered on the Board of Directors of The Ranch in Menomonee Falls. Through all of this, Harvey was on a lifelong spiritual journey.
