Proud grandma of Vance (Thu) Doan, Shannon (Christopher) Partridge, Michele Dunnum, Lindsay (fianc Leif Gasch) Dunnum and Christopher (Jennifer) Herrman. Great-grandma of Vivian, Natalie, James, Evan, and Kate. Loving sister of Jeannette Gilbeck, the late Martha Lee and Dagny Hicke. Sister-in-law of Orvis Lee. Also loved by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home Friday, May 30, 5-6:45 PM. Funeral service at 7:00 PM. Entombment Arlington Park. Hazel was a long time member of Sons of Norway.
