Further survived by grandchildren David, Matthew, Johnna, Anthony and Daniel, 3 great-grandchildren, sister Mabel Bruhns of Buena Park, CA, and many nieces and nephews. Hazel suffered from Alzheimer's for many years, and for the last 6 years, was a resident of Luther Manor Health Care Center. Thanks are given for the loving care provided by Luther Manor Hospice and to all the people on the 2nd floor Health Care Center who cared for Hazel. Memorials in Hazel's name to Luther Manor would be appreciated. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 6, at 4-7PM.
