Howard was a lover of dogs, birds, nature, and a collector of all things nostalgic. A valiant man and amazing story teller, happiest when telling those of his fishing and pheasant hunting experiences. He was an excellent fly tyer, craftsman, and not bad with a piece of wood. “Uncle Howie”, AKA “the phone guy”, was passionate about cars from the late ‘60’s, guns, tools, knives and anything handmade. A world traveler, wise with words, he will be remembered most for his thoughtfulness, generosity and finding the good in everyone.
Preceded in death by his father, Larry Brown and his beloved dogs, Sesha and Cheyanne. Survived by his mother, Mary Lou, his dog Aero, brother Patrick (Jane), sister Michele (John) Cervantes, nieces Colleen and Hannah, nephews Cyle (Kaylee) and Devan Cervantes , and his Uncle and Aunt Joe and Joni Svoboda.
