Passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends on May 3, 2012, at age 46. Jimmy was a hard worker who wanted to help everyone. His service for the Lord Jesus Christ and his family and friends were most important to him. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Betty (nee Avery); beloved children Cory D. Avery, Vega Kondrad and Venus Kondrad; dear brother Albert D. Kondrad; and a host of other family and friends.Visitation at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of the Chimes, 13235 West Capitol Drive, on Saturday, May 12, at 9:30-11:00 AM. Funeral Service at 11:00 AM.
