Hikade, Jane E. Nee Brushe.

Passed away on May 13, 2023, age 84. Survived by Bill, her beloved husband of 64 years. Proud mom of Mark and loving grandma to her favorite grandchildren, Spencer and Sabrina. sister of Charlotte (Tony) Lingel, sister-in-law of Dick (Kim) Hikade and Renee Rasch. Preceded in death by her son, Michael, and her parents, Evelyn and Gordon Brushe.

Jane will be missed by her cousins, nieces, nephews and their families and also, by her classmates from grade and high school (the upper crust) with whom she associated with for all these many years. Her good neighbors and friends from the “Y” were also special to her.

Jane (Auntie Janie) was known to be a great wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She was always detailed and color coordinated and loved to decorate. She was known to make brownies decorated for all occasions.

Memorial gathering at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 16000 West National Avenue, New Berlin, on Thursday, May 25, from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM. Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM.
