Jean C. Zurowski

(Nee Berglund) Joined her loving family on September 4, 2011, at age 86. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard, her infant son, and her sister Lois (Ervin) Zurowski. Cherished mother of Deborah (the late Daniel) Heckel. Loving grandmother of Kelly (Christopher) Marks, Kurt (Christine) Heckel and Kyle Heckel. Proud great-grandmother of Emma and Amelia. Dear aunt of Susan (Earl) Mullins and their daughter Christy; and Jay (Jane) Zurowski. Also loved by other family and friends. Visitation at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of the Flowers, 13235 West Capitol Drive, on Friday, September 9, at 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Private burial to follow. Jean was past-president of VFW Post #6498 Gross-Yaksh Ladies Auxiliary. She was an avid baker and bingo player. Jean will always be remembered by her family for her quick wit and feisty attitude. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Jean's longtime doctor and friend, George Lange, and the Countryside staff at Cedar Community.
