Jean E. Starr, 89, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away at her home in her husband’s arms on March 18, 2022. We are so sorry for your loss. We can't help but smile when we think of Jean and how special she was. We have great memories of times spent with Jean. All of the memories bring a smile to our face and warm our hearts. We remember the "Great Tool Belt". Our trip to Germany and the many adventures with Jean.
