Passed away peacefully Sunday, October 25, 2009, age 58. Loving husband of Sally (nee Schilz). Dear dad of Kate. Beloved son of Gil and Elaine (nee Baranowski). Cherished brother of Carin (Reg) Smith and Jim (Darlene). Jerry was loved and will be missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Visitation at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, (corner of Hartwell and Newhall, Waukesha), Friday, October 30, 4:00-6:00 PM. Funeral Mass at 6:00 PM.
