Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on November 15, 2018, at age 88.  Beloved husband of Rosalee Williams (Reed).  Loving father of Rickey, Bernadette, Andrew, Tracy Loper, Niketa (Larry) Schmedeman, Joanna Reed, and Joseph Reed (David Walsh). Proud grandfather of Toccara, Felicia, Santanna, Brittani, and Fabio. Great-grandfather of Mya, Makenzie, and Makayla. Dear brother of James “Jimmy” Williams.  He is further survived other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by great-grandchildren Annalyse and Kamari.

Jesse was lovingly referred to as “Shake-em-up” for many years in reference to his favorite pastime “shooting dice.” He was an awesome baker/cook and had a contagious laugh that encouraged others to do the same. He was kind, endearing and will be missed by all that knew him.  May he rest in peace.

Visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM, until time of service at 12:00 PM. Interment at Southern Wisconsin Veteran’s Cemetery in Union Grove.
