Passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at the age of 86. She is survived by her niece Linda (Mitch) Ruesink, her great nephew Samuel Ruesink and sister-in-law Carol (Edward R.) Hallisch.
Joan was born on October 12, 1932 to Edward H. and Edna Hallisch of Milwaukee. A life-long resident of Milwaukee County, she held several positions as an executive secretary. Joan enjoyed traveling, attending fairs and festivals, visiting local points of interest, and spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Edward R. Hallisch.
Visitation will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin on Friday, July 5, 2019, 10:00 AM -11:00 AM. Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held privately at Highland Memorial.
