Entered into Eternal Life on November 24, 2008, at age 78. Loving husband of Doris (nee Gee) for 51 years. Devoted Daddy of Cassandra (Ted) Fancher, Mechelle McClinton, John "Tommy" (Meg) Madison, Jr., Susan Madison and Christina "Pam" (Rob) Williams. Special dad to his nieces Cecilia, Judith, Shawn, Patricia, Cynthia and Toni. Loving Poppy to Michael, Jr., Montrel, Kendra, Theodore, III, Monica, Brandon, Wesley and Taylor, and 7 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Louella Thomas, Lacy Madison and Rose Morris. Also loved by other family and friends. Visitation at ALL SAINTS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4060 North 26th Street, on Monday, December 1, 10:00AM-12:00PM. Funeral Mass at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park. Jack worked at Briggs and Stratton for 25 years, and belonged to the Knights of Peter Claver. "Rest now, Poppy. We love you!"
