Karl Ebenhoch

Passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 13, 2019. Age 87. Beloved husband of Trudie. Loving father of Kenneth (Natalie) Ebenhoch and Heidi (Mark) Huberty. Loving Opa of Kyle, Becca, Karl, Julia, and Lee. Dear brother of Rita (Werner) Rose, the late Isolde (the late Sepp) Nuber, Toni (Barbara) Ebenhoch, and Baschl (Kim) Ebenhoch. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation Friday, August 16, 2019, at St. Luke Catholic Church, 18000 West Greenfield Avenue, Brookfield, WI, 53045, from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM.  Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.  Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to Angels Grace Hospice appreciated.

In 1951 at age 19, Karl came from Germany to Monroe, WI and worked as a cheesemaker. In 1957, he relocated to Milwaukee and he retired from AMC – Chrysler Corp after 30 years of service. Karl was a longtime member of the Bavarian Soccer Club and an officer of the Bavarian Waldhaus Inn. He was a 15 year volunteer of the Literary Service of Milwaukee. In 1995, Karl published his book, “Coming to America”. His every thought and action was an expression of his love for his family, friends, and community.
