Entered Heaven into Eternal Life on March 2, 2020, at age 66. Beloved husband and best friend of Patricia (nee Bird) of 38 years. Devoted father of Dranoel (Felic) Moye, Romuan Moye, Brandon (Mallory) Moye, Crystal Moye, LaFarrah Moye, Lauren Moye, and Kellen Moye. Close friend to the mother of four of his beloved children, Catherine Adams. Proud grandfather of Shanoel, the late Dranoel Jr., Niya, Jovaeus, Oni, Emerald, Jaiden, Alarie, Analise, Tramar, Amarrion, Brianna, Shekinah, Jacari, Fallyn, Alyiana, and Maximilian (on the way). Dear brother of the late Marion (the late TJ), Ann (the late Joe), Roy (Ada), the late William Earl, Montrow, Adele (Roger), Nellene, Ira, Angela, and the late Carma. Beloved son of the late Lonnie Nelson Moye and the late Jerlean Ward Moye. He is further survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Leonard was the first African American manager of Mayfair Mall. He also worked for the City of Milwaukee Management for 20 years. After retirement, he entered the ministry full time and founded Progressive Life Ministry and volunteered at Taycheedah Correctional Institution counseling inmates. He administered the Word of God to many throughout his life.
Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin, on Saturday, March 14, from 11:30 AM – 1:15 PM. Celebration of Life service at 1:30 PM. Burial to follow.
