Born on June 22, 1948, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Frank and Esther Ella Friedmann (nee Bretschneider). Linda Jean Moker died unexpectedly at home on Saturday, February 1, 2020. Linda was a loving, devoted, and loyal wife to Charles J. Moker (March 19, 1943 – January 21, 2018). She was a loving and thoughtful mother to Charles F. and Kelly C. (nee Smith) Moker, Jennifer L. (nee Moker) and Chris J. Czubakowski, Thomas J. Moker and William B. Chappie. She was a caring and generous grandmother to her four grandchildren Ethan J. Moker, Ella K. Moker, Colton R. Czubakowski, and Carly L. Czubakowski. She was a caring niece to Hildegard Klosterman and a fun-loving cousin to Diane Gardner and Dick Klosterman. She was also a thoughtful godmother to Andrew Moker. Linda grew up in Wauwatosa and graduated from Wauwatosa East High School. Linda will be remembered for her generosity and hospitality to everyone who entered her home. Linda loved planting flowers and plants in the springtime and always created a hospitable space for loved ones and strangers to gather. She thoroughly enjoyed reading books and watching birds and squirrels enjoy the feeders surrounding her home while listening to her lovely wind chimes on her back patio. Linda was loved dearly and will be missed by many.
Visitation will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Friday, February 7, 2020, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. Funeral Service at 2:00 PM.
